Chen Potashnick is our Modern Hebrew teacher and comes straight from Israel. She teaches Reception and Years 2&3. Chen has a degree in Political Science and International Relations and Communication. She gained her qualified teacher status at the University of Tel-Aviv. Chen worked as a primary school teacher in Israel for 3 years and then specialised in supporting pupils with specific needs such as native English speakers needing to learn Hebrew. What Chen loves the most about teaching Hebrew is how she can include Israeli culture to her teaching such as songs, food, books and her own personality. Chen enjoys gymnastics and spending time baking and swimming with her son.
